Hello Darryl Hepworth,
In the 50s you were adopted into our Army family living in North Yorkshire.
I was just 5/6 and have only a hazy memory of you in your pram.
I think you were adopted from a Society in North Shields/South Shields. I seem to remember going on a car ferry to bring you back.
Suddenly one day, you weren't there and I was told that your mother wanted you back. A story for a child maybe.....I have no idea?
Your name now will not be this obviously but I wonder if somewhere in your past someone has told you this story and your name then?
I wonder where you went?
Was your life successful?
Did you end up with your birth family?
A shot in the dark this message.
